Luxury boarding FAQs
What should I bring for my dog's overnight stay?
For boarding, please bring food for your pup’s entire stay plus two extra days. Treats, and up to two toys are always welcome. For your pup’s safety, no balls, raw hide chews, or toys smaller than the palm of your hand are allowed.
We prioritize your peace of mind, and we provide everything else, so your personal items do not get misplaced or damaged. Each dog receives a newly sanitized and cleaned bowl fitted to their needs. Fresh clean blankets are provided on their beds every day for maximum comfort after a fun exciting day of play!
How are dietary needs handled for boarded dogs?
We strive to accommodate your pup’s needs within reason, ensuring minimal changes to their diet, if any, during their stay with us. Please include all this information in your booking reservation so that we can review and discuss it with you during check in/ drop off.
How are medications administered to dogs during their stay?
Please ensure that any dog requiring medication brings their required dosage, along with two extra days in the original labeled container for their stay. Our staff is experienced in administering medications and will carefully follow provided instructions.
For over-the-counter medications or supplements please bring either the original container or have them organized for easy administration with detailed instructions.
We may ask for clarification if needed. Please note, we do not administer injections as we are not trained veterinarians.
Do you provide updates or reports on my dog's well-being and activities?
Of course! After each visit and at regular intervals, we’ll offer updates and report cards outlining their activities, learning experiences, and adventures.
What amenities do you provide for dogs during their stay?
All dogs, regardless of their package, enjoy access to our indoor and outdoor parks, climate-controlled spaces, and secure, double-gated areas designed for their safety. Enrichment activities like one-on-one play, treadmill sessions, and scent games are available as optional add-ons for a small fee. Daycare-style classrooms and customized play areas support socialization, mental stimulation, and learning at your dog’s pace.
How frequent are bathroom breaks and exercise for my dog?
Our staff ensures dogs enjoy at least six outdoor visits daily, combining potty breaks and playtime to provide ample opportunities for relief, activity, and socialization. Each outing lasts a minimum of 15 minutes, giving dogs plenty of time for fun, movement, and enrichment under close supervision.
When can I drop off and pick up?
You are welcome to check in/drop off your dog during business hours without prior scheduling, as long as you have a reservation for that day. Check-out/pick-up is at noon, similar to most hotels. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability; if we are unable to accommodate a late pick-up, a daycare charge will apply unless your dog is scheduled for bathing on the departure day, in which case there is no additional charge regardless of pick-up time.
What if my dog doesn't pass the evaluation to play with other dogs?
Not every dog is a socialite, and we understand that. We respect your pup’s mood and temperament. While many dogs thrive in a daycare environment, it’s not suitable for every dog or every stage of their life. Contrary to popular belief, not all dogs are social butterflies. Only a small percentage remain highly social throughout their lives. If your dog isn’t a good fit for group play, we recommend our solo play program for one-on-one play and mental enrichment activities.
What are your check-in and check-out procedures for boarding?
Check in: Our check-in process begins with online reservations and a confirmation email. Next, ensure all details in your account are filled out accurately for your pup’s day or stay. For first-time visitors, please verify information, and for returning guests, please update any changes. During check-in, we’ll review your information and the belongings your pup has brought for their stay. You can wait in your car or come into our lobby.
Check out: During check-out, we’ll provide a summary of your pup’s day, return their belongings, and ensure they’re happy and healthy. Again, you can wait in your car or meet us in the lobby.
