Dog DaycareAdventure awaits: Unleash the fun!

Social & nurturing environments

We offer two thoughtfully designed daycare programs: Group Play and Solo Play. Each is created to meet your dog’s unique needs by providing the perfect blend of socialization, enrichment, and care for a happier, healthier life.

All of our daycare options, whether in our group or solo play programs feature ample play time in our adventure parks with our team members to foster social, physical, and mental stimulation.

Enrichment sessions

Enrichment sessions are necessary additions to your dog’s routine, enhancing their overall well-being and available as an optional add-on for a nominal fee. It is important to emphasize the significant role enrichment plays in a dog’s development. Many dog owners believe that physical activities, such as running or playing, are the primary ways dogs expend energy. While these activities are vital to their health, research has shown that combining mental stimulation with physical exercise is the most effective way to keep dogs mentally and physically healthy.

Dog daycare FAQs

What do dogs do all day at daycare, and do they play all day?

In both daycare programs your dog will have a full day of engagement at our daycare, with structured play sessions, stimulating toys for mental exercise, and scheduled breaks to prevent overstimulation. They’ll enjoy exploring, interacting with staff, group playtime, and/or individual sessions in varied settings, all fostering happiness, health, and socialization throughout the entire day.

You are welcome to drop off your dog at any time during our operating hours.

Group play is based on half-day or full-day rates.

Solo play has a fixed price covering all-day activities and staffing ratios, irrespective of drop-off or pick-up times. We suggest dropping off before 9:00 am and picking up after 4:00 pm for optimal scheduling and pricing.

At National Bark, we recommend feeding your dog at least 90 minutes before participating in any activities to help prevent vomiting, diarrhea, or bloat—a serious and potentially fatal condition. If your dog has eaten recently, please inform our staff at check-in so we can take the appropriate precautions to keep them safe.

Upon request we will send out report cards via email after your pup’s day of play. These reports detail their activities, interactions, and any fun or adventurous moments they experienced during their visit.

National Bark does its best to try and accommodate all types of dogs. Upon completion of required paperwork, updated vaccines, and a successful evaluation most all dogs are welcome. We provide two daycare options: Group Play and Solo Play.

After daycare, it’s normal for your dog to be pleasantly tired from all the playtime and may nap once home. They might also be a bit thirsty—rest assured, fresh water is always available in our play areas to keep them hydrated. If your dog’s paws seem a little sensitive, that’s also common, especially for first-time visitors. With regular attendance, their paw pads will naturally toughen over time.

Not every dog is a socialite, and we understand that. We respect your pup’s mood and temperament. While many dogs thrive in daycare, it’s not suitable for every dog or every stage of their life. Contrary to popular belief, not all dogs are social butterflies. Only a small percentage remain highly social throughout their lives. If your dog isn’t a good fit for group play, we recommend our solo play program for one-on-one play and mental enrichment activities.
