How can I schedule a spa appointment, and what is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for bathing service cancellations. Appointments canceled with less notice may be subject to a 50% fee. Services like paw trims and brushouts don’t require 24-hour notice, but a reservation is still needed so we can ensure proper staffing and accommodate your dog’s needs.
How do you handle dogs who are nervous or anxious during spa treatments?
When caring for nervous or anxious dogs during spa treatments, we prioritize creating a comforting, personalized experience. We use soothing music, calming scents, pressure-controlled blowers and hoses, and provide earmuffs for sensitive ears. Our team moves at your dog’s pace, never rushing, to ensure they feel safe and relaxed throughout their visit.
To further support anxious pups, we encourage clients to add on our positive reinforcement treat training and/or calming lick mats, helping to make the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
How long do spa appointments typically last?
Spa appointments typically last about 4 hours but may be extended to accommodate your pup’s individual needs and stress levels. We will notify you if the appointment is expected to exceed 4 hours. This timeframe allows for thorough care while minimizing stress during bathing, including ample time for blow-drying and brushing. You may drop off your dog up to 30 minutes before the appointment and pick up within 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time.
